all sounds and samples in our products are licensed but not sold to you by fvii axis for commercial and non-commercial use in music, sound-effect, audio/video post-production, performance, broadcast, or similar finished content-creation and production use. fvii axis allows you to use any of the sounds and samples you’ve purchased for commercial recordings without paying additional license fees or providing source attribution to fvii axis.

remakes
copyrighted melodies included in the remakes packs cannot be used for commercial purposes. you can only use the melodies provided in the remakes packs for educational purposes.

product description
our site may have occasional typos or inaccuracies related to product details, pricing, licensing, and availability. we reserve the right to correct errors, replace sounds, update information, or cancel orders if needed, without prior notice. we have the right to update all the information without notice. the absence of a specified update date doesn’t imply that all information has been modified.

liability

we are not liable to you or anyone else in case you used a pirated version of our products.

license nontransferable
this license is non-transferable and expressly forbids the resale or lease of the product.
